Instead of investing in this technology so you can solicit tips for your employees you should have invested that money into paying them better. It is clunky, inconvenient, and a down right road block to the reason for a drive through window…promptness and convenience for those on a commute. Please get rid of these.

The sugar free vanilla shots are dairy free where as the French vanilla swirl has dairy. The lady taking my order at drive through had french vanilla swirl on the screen, I clarified it needed to be the sugar free vanilla because of the allergy. Now today my son has blood in his diaper. This dunkin is the only place I could've gotten dairy as I am super strict on what I consume. Thanks.
