She packed dips and dressings in small containers, do nothing was soggy when I got home. I was able to add the amount of salad dressing abd dip that worked for me. I was very pleased and decided to go there for dinner for a second time. BIG MISTAKE!! The server behind the steam table was awful - she could have cared less about how my meal was put together. I arrived home with a big soggy mess which I immediately threw away. I will not go back to Cava!!! I will get my Mediterranean dinner bowls from Taziki's, which is just across Hwy 153 from Cava in Hixson! And if you are smart reader, you will too!! Poorly trained staff, who don't care about customers always leave a bad taste in the mouth!!

Everyone was so pleasant and the food was fresh and delicious, it’s become one of our favorite places to eat when we want a healthy, quick meal. Big shout out to Dee who was kind enough to help me out when my husband dropped his pita chips on the floor. It was a small act of kindness on a rough day and we appreciate it.

The food was phenomenal with rich flavor profiles that you can create in many different fashions of your choice!! We did have to wait in line for 30 minutes, but that didn’t stop the terrific staff to accommodate us with taste testings and drinks while we waited! The wait was worth the flavors that exploded on my taste buds!! Yum!! One of my favorite discoveries was Israeli pickles to my surprise it had a flavor profile that tickled my fancy!! The atmosphere was friendly and clean that made the experience phenomenal!! Thanks to our daughter, Cava is one of our favorite places to eat!!
