    I drive from Sand Mountain Trenton Ga. Just to get my drink from here the staff is so great and helpful don't make you feel rushed at all.

    This 7 brew doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve been a 7 Brew customer for quite some time, but today’s experience ensured I won’t be returning. My drink was made incorrectly twice, and when I calmly addressed the issue, the employee became defensive and raised her voice. When I politely asked for someone else to help me, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. While speaking with the manager, the employee stood in front of my car with another staff member, visibly discussing me and giving hateful looks. This behavior was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I asked the manger to please address that and she told the young lady (Megan was her name) to go inside. This location consistently struggles with poor attitudes, inconsistent drinks, and lack of professionalism—particularly among younger staff. It’s disappointing, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

    I absolutely love this place. The girl with purple hair took my order and she was lovely. Very attentive, kept great conversation, super funny. I asked for recommendations and she was more than happy to help me out with that. She deserves the world.

    I purchased a $25.00 gift card from this location on Sunday, December 7th and I tried to use it on December 14th at the location in John's Creek, Georgia and I was told that the card was inactive. I have tried to call the Hixson, Tennessee location multiple times, but it keeps sending me to the Headquarters office where no one evers answer the phone. I don't believe the female who sold it to me activated it, so I'm out of $25.00.🤬
