  Ignores Drivers trying to pick up orders. Really wish they could figure out a better system. So many workers walk right past me, managers and all and not one acknowledged my presence or asked if they could help. Bad thing about it is the food is just sitting there more than likely ready. And it only takes 1 second to grab it so any of the workers could have gotten it. But I guess it above them.

  Rude staff member today snapped back at me as an Uber Eats driver when I repeated the name of who I was picking up for. I wasn't sure he heard me the first time because it was crazy there. It's already one of the few restaurants in the area where the food is never ready. If you are ordering delivery from here, beware. And by the way, another delivery driver heard him snap at me and felt the same way I did.

  I can appreciate a company that values it's customers especially in this economy. Special thanks to the GM for making my experience great. I'll definitely be back.

  Go on the weekends and ask for Brea (not sure how to spell it, pronounce it Bree-ah). She is a whole vibe. So so so sweet, so damn pretty, personable and very attentive. Didn't have to ask for refills, she checked on us multiple times before and during our visit. Food was great too. But for me, she was the highlight of our first time at this location. And will definitely be back to see her. ❤

  As far as a door dashers perspective. this is the only restaurant in chattanooga that makes you wait 15+ minutes for your order. Idk what the deal is, every other restaurant is just as busy and they get doordash orders out the door within 5 minutes. I loath coming here bc i know I’ll be waiting forever. half the time i end up having to cancel the order bc i can’t wait 20mins to get my order. Either they need to create a better system or get some more employees. This is just bad business and as services. I cant tell you how many times i’ve had to go find an employee at the bar or waiting tables to tell someone i’m here for my order bc their is no one at the GO counter! Absolutely ridiculous.
