  Stopped to purchase a sandwich for my daughter's field trip the next day. I asked to get the lettuce and tomatoes on the side, so, her sandwich didn't get soggy. I was rudely told that they "don't do that". I explained what it was for and was told "yeah I said we don't do that". This is obviously not a JJ policy since I have had another location honor the request for a past field trip. I left this location and went straight to the Rivergate location where the kind worker said "no problem" and even said "I put a fork in the bag to help her put everything on her sandwich tomorrow". That is customer service!

  I ordered online on my lunch break and found hair in my sandwich, called the store and the manager said I’d need to bring them the sandwich as proof? I’ve never heard that, but okay. I was on my lunch break so of course I could not run across town for my lunch to be made correctly so now I’m out for what I paid for the sandwich, and don’t have lunch. The manager was no help and didn’t offer her name either. This is terrible customer service. And I don’t leave reviews over one bad experience but this manager implied she didn’t believe there was a hair in the sandwich and offered nothing else. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Attached is the proof they require to replace the sandwich.

  The employees at this Jimmy John’s DO NOT CARE about your allergies or what toppings you want. They will purposely screw up your order with the ingredients you are allergic to just for you to come back and they act like it’s a big deal to remake the order. I’ve read a few other reviews about allergy problems here and now I really believe it! STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!!

  So I have a child she been wanting to have this cookie for so long and then I actually had enough to pay for it but then when I go go out like what the hell man you just made a kid cry I am not happy to see this one star
