  Got here at about 7:30am it opens at 7am. I was the only person here. I was NEVER greeted as the employees talked about drive through time so I ordered from the self service, then proceeded to sit as I was dining in. See pictures for reference but the place was dirty from top to bottom.... But hey the food was hot and probably good I just couldn't finish it after only a few bites bc I was distracted by the filth. Personally I wouldn't even open a store until it was ready for customers. And I'd ALWAYS greet my guests. Thumbs down for me.

  I'm a delivery driver and I go to every single place in the city and this is probably the slowest place that I have seen for night service. They need to put more people on the shifts they do enough business that they could have a significantly bigger staff and they do. At the prices at Taco Bell has plus the business that this place does take it easily double or triple their staff. The other taco bells are much faster and this place is ridiculously ridiculously slow. The other issue is you can't get out of the drive-thru because of the way it's built so it just backs up once I get behind they can't clear the lines fast enough because they don't have enough people. Like I said though I go to the other Taco Bell on Indian Lake and this isn't an issue. It's just a specific taco bell. If you're a customer I would completely avoid this place and just go to the other one.

  I placed a pickup order at this location and the order was ready when I arrived just minutes later. I decided to eat indoors to warm up from the chilly weather outside and ended up staying longer than anticipated while getting some studying done. They were very hospitable, a couple workers even going out of their way to make sure I had refills, enough food, and even making sure I had a ride. I never felt rushed and was very thankful for that. I should have asked for their names, but I appreciate the ladies working tonight as they were all very considerate and kind.

  I just sat in line for 20 minutes to get my order taken. Ask to pull to the side after I paid and had been sitting there a good 5 minutes. I did after 15 minutes of waiting for my food and them bringing food out to other people who were behind me I just left I'll report it to my credit card cuz I didn't get nothing. Two tacos and a burrito!!!! How hard is that. I tell you what I worked at a Taco Bell when I was younger. We didn't have these kind of problems and we didn't make the kind of pay that they do these days either. It's like nobody wants to work anymore or they don't know what they're doing. This was really an awful experience
