- DGDHG DEMONBLOOD GAMINGApr 29, 20255.0Went here with my family and this is the first subway I have been to in a while that had fresh bread and had all of the ingredients fresh Mr. Akki was amazing he was so nice and had great customer service skills we will definitely be back to this subway 100% will recommend this subway to anyone.
- JBJay BairdAug 10, 20231.0Came in on 08.10.2023 to redeem a coupon for buy one footlong and a drink get one free. Cashier said that the coupon was unredeemable due to my order not matching the requirements. (Mind you, it’s says buy one footling and fountain drink, get one free). I asked how this was the case since the order present is exactly what was described. He said that he was new and did not know to redeem my coupon after all. After reading out the instructions to him, he redeemed a free drink coupon while on the phone with apparently another employee, or in fact the owner, I explained that this was not correct and he owed me the coupon back. He refused to give it back to me, said it was “redeemed” already. Also, the sandwich’s made were not made with the proper bread, and the fountain drinks station was not properly hooked up to receive the drink you would have wanted. It dispersed a mix instead of the code I chose. Will be putting in a request to be reimbursed for this experience.
