  I ordered online on my lunch break and found hair in my sandwich, called the store and the manager said I’d need to bring them the sandwich as proof? I’ve never heard that, but okay. I was on my lunch break so of course I could not run across town for my lunch to be made correctly so now I’m out for what I paid for the sandwich, and don’t have lunch. The manager was no help and didn’t offer her name either. This is terrible customer service. And I don’t leave reviews over one bad experience but this manager implied she didn’t believe there was a hair in the sandwich and offered nothing else. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Attached is the proof they require to replace the sandwich.

  The employees at this Jimmy John’s DO NOT CARE about your allergies or what toppings you want. They will purposely screw up your order with the ingredients you are allergic to just for you to come back and they act like it’s a big deal to remake the order. I’ve read a few other reviews about allergy problems here and now I really believe it! STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!!

  So I have a child she been wanting to have this cookie for so long and then I actually had enough to pay for it but then when I go go out like what the hell man you just made a kid cry I am not happy to see this one star

  I ordered the unwich basically it’s a lettuce wrap. I told them everything I wanted on it. I got onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayo, jalapeño ranch, turkey, and roast beef with provolone cheese when I got my lettuce wrap, I unwrapped it, and it fell apart. The lady was trying to explain to me that it’s kind of like a salad bowl and I said I understand that, but I was at the Gallatin location and they wrapped it perfectly. Nothing fell out and they were friendly staff and It wasn’t messy. because it was so messy to eat, I asked for a slice of bread I said just charge me for the bread, I don’t mind they charge me $.55 for the bread. The lady said it depends on who makes the lettuce I was confused I won’t be back to that location Every one should know how to make a perfect lettuce wrap with bread or without bread! If I could only take a picture I didn’t eat all I wasted my money ..

  What a horrible experience! Ordered a country club toasted sandwich to go. When I got home and opened it I discovered it was completely burnt! The bread was so burnt it was black on the ends and the “meat” was so burnt it was black and crumbling to ash. The sandwich was also missing cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo! It was only burnt bread and meat. Not edible at all. I eat at JJ’s frequently. In the last few months there has been a newer employee making sandwiches and you can tell he does not want to be there. He made this particular sandwich so I wasn’t altogether surprised at the ridiculously poor quality of it. I’ll take my business to Firehouse Subs for now. Hopefully JJ’s will clean up their staff before they go out of business.
