Always wonderful, friendly service! But...donuts are almost never fresh and taste like they've been sitting for a few days.

Gets order wrong almost every time or they are always out and the past couple times they don’t tell us and instead they just give us something random instead of letting us know or asking if we want a refund. Older dark haired lady that works there also tends to be rude as well. Nothing tends to be fresh either. Gallatin one never tends to get things right either.
