The Pollo Rosa Maria chicken grilled in olive oil is so good and I have had a different pasta with it each time. All were excellent. The asparagus is the best I have ever eaten anywhere, it melts in your mouth. The Pollo Rosa Maria might just be my favorite dish, however, the Shrimp & Scallop Linguine alla Vodka, the Spaghetti, Fettuccine with either grilled chicken or shrimp, or Trios are also very good. I often have a difficult time deciding which dish to order though and I definitely haven't tried every dish they offer. I really wish they would open a Carrabba's here in Clarksville Tennessee. Bring it on Carrabba's!!! AWESOME!!!!!
