We actually used the drive thru to pick up an order. We do not eat fast food often but we really wanted a sausage biscuit. The BISCUITS were so delicious! They hot, buttery, flaky and super delicious. They drive thru area was clean. The employees were friendly. And the service was quick. Thank you!

On today around 7:40 AM I visited the Indian Lake location located in Hendersonville, TN.. I ordered in the drive thru and asked for a Cajun chicken biscuit combo and a smothered steak biscuit. While driving away from the location I bit into my steak biscuit and a long piece of gray hair was hanging out of the gravy and the chicken that I had bitten from. I immediately turned my car around and went back to the drive through and asked to speak with a manager. The General Manager that did not have a name tag on and refused to provide me his name came out with an aggressive body language and a loud offensive tone towards me.
I politely explained to him that it was hair in my biscuit and I showed him the hair and he loudly said to me in front of my 10 year old son that I “Always” have a problem with their food. I then told him that wasn’t true and I wanted to show him the hair in my biscuit. The general manager clearly saw the long string of hair imbedded into the biscuit and said that he only saw a biscuit as if he was mocking me or something. This General manager tried to argue with me in a loud and aggressive tone instead of rectifying the issue. I asked for a refund; yet, the manager stormed off from my vehicle stating that he will get me another biscuit and waved his hand at me. While waiting outside of the restaurant I then called Bojangles customer service and a representative told me that the Indian Lake location was franchised and they could not generate a report or contact the owner due to it being privately owned. I sat outside of the restaurant for another 7 minutes waiting for my refund.
The General Manager sent a store lead outside to my vehicle with a replaced biscuit and I refused to take it and I showed her the biscuit that also had hair in it and she said that it was “unacceptable”. I then drove back around to the drive through to get a resolve and I asked to speak with the General Manager again; but, this time I asked for my refund and the information to the franchise owner. The General manager refused to give me any information of the franchise owner. The General Manager continued to scream at me while in the drive through because I asked for my refund. My entire purchase was around $14.78 and he only gave me $7.00 in cash and laughed in my face and told me to have a “good day”. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I have encountered rude customer service from this same manager previously and he continues to be nasty, rude and unprofessional to the utmost. The reviews listed on the website for this location should tell you that we as customers are not satisfied with the quality of food and especially the poor customer service that is rendered at this location by the General Manager and staff.
No customer should patronize a restaurant and get treated poorly on every visit. Hair in the biscuit is unacceptable; but, refusing to take accountability and scream at customers is more unacceptable. This General Manager should be fired immediately and encouraged to seek some form of counseling or therapy because something is definitely mentally off with this guy. He should not be working at anyone establishment with that aggressive and intimidating attitude.

Pulled up right before close while there was just a single young man working, he was kind patient and took good care of me despite me showing up when it was just him and others also showing up. My dude definitely ain't getting paid what he's worth.
Only reason this isn't 5 stars is management needs to change the time on google as it doesn't match the door and maybe built a environment of support so they can hope to keep workers like this.
