  Highly disappointed. I heard very racist and inappropriate comments from a employee whos tame tag said natalie. (Looked her up its natalie weiss) Being racist isnt cute , especially at work. Respect who you work with and people who run their mouth dont deserve a paycheck. Correct your employees or this will be taken further!!:)

  Typical great Chick-fil-A experience. Even though it's "another" chicken restaurant in Hendersonville, I am glad it's here. Food was great, service was fast and courteous.

  Last week, my family and I visited, and overall the atmosphere and cleanliness were great—we really appreciated how well the place was kept. However, the service didn’t quite match that experience. After placing my order, when our food was brought to the table, Mya delivered it. I thanked her, but she didn’t acknowledge me at all and simply walked away. Later, I went to ask for a refill for my son. At that time, she was calling out a pickup order, and the way it was handled was disappointing. She called the name once, and when she repeated it, she said something along the lines of “whoever, anyone?” before setting it down and walking away. We typically choose to go to Chick-Fil- A beause of the hospitality—the friendly, attentive, and kind service that really stands out. It was just disappointing to see that level of care missing during this visit.

  I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your newly opened Chick-fil-A location. I went through the drive-thru and, upon arriving home, realized my order was missing the fries I had paid for. I then had to make an additional trip back to the restaurant to have this corrected, which was already frustrating and inconvenient. When the fries were finally replaced, the quality was extremely poor. The container was filled mostly with small, broken pieces..essentially crumbs from the bottom of the batch…rather than full fries. Even more concerning, there was a noticeable taste resembling a cleaning chemical, similar to bleach, which made them completely inedible. This experience did not meet the standard of quality and service I’ve come to expect. I understand that new locations can have growing pains, but food safety and basic order accuracy are critical. I would appreciate this being looked into so other customers do not have a similar experience.

  Don’t order a large fry they give you more with a medium , which is already a rip of at the price charged for it. This Chick Fil A has been a disappointment this far I will be keeping my business out of Hendersonville with this restaurant. I don’t think I will be eating Chick Fil A for quite sometime sad to say this as a Red Status reward member.
