    Worst experience ever! Manager was disrespectful, rude and had no idea about the operations of the store or promotions. I would give less than a 1 star if i could. The "manager" walked off mouthing disrespectful comments.

    I would give a zero if I could. Save your money this place was so rude. The manager at the time Friday April 3 at 3:00 p.m. was extremely unprofessional. I will never go back!

    It was POURING down rain. The poor employee was getting soaked as she helped me at the window. She remained professional and kept a smile on her face. My son thoroughly enjoyed his dinner.

    Henderson Tn. The girl behind the counter had excellent attitude. The guy on the other side had a terrible attitude and was just lazy. All he did was make ice cream and stare at people. She was doing everything. She took orders at the front and giving out food and running the window also. She was great. The cook was doing all she could do also. You need to get rid of the guy and hire some more help because she needs help or give her a raise. Her name Mellony.

    Very poor service. I get very sick eating ground beef so as I was ordering I said may I have just a plain hot dog. They brought out a chili dog and I immediately went back up and kindly asked them for one without chili on it. She said well that's how they are made. I said may I just have a hot dog without the chili scooped on it. She scoffed, took the chili dog and made a plain one. She handed me the plain one without any apology or eye contact. Then to top it off they charge 55 cents for a water cup.
