  This McDonald’s has become probably the worst ever. The lack of leadership is evident in the product they pass to the customers that patronize this location. How hard is it to read off the screen and make a single cheeseburger correctly. The kids that work at this location, need leadership and accountability. When you go through the drive-through and order a cheeseburger meal and they can’t get that right and you have to go inside. You would think the manager standing in front of me would say I’m sorry we got your order wrong. Nope! So sad. we can only hope that another fast food comes to town and McDonald’s goes away.

  If you have a little kid desperate for chicken nuggets and you can drive thru- this place (and all other locations) are ok for that. But, something happened in the last decade or so-- the bottom line became their sole pursuit while leaving the soul of the business on the floor- customer satisfaction no longer matters. We're a commodity & so are our children. McDonald's used to be a fun place that kids looked forward to visiting. Now- its a soulless organization where you order thru an app & do everything but cook your own food and pay for the "privilege". God help you if there's a problem because you won't find a human being. I DESPISE going to any McDonald's because its a microcosm of what's wrong with America: Profits over people every time. Even the restaurants started looking like soulless counting houses instead of a family friendly place to be. Frankly, that's how they make their customers feel these days.
