Ordered a $50 Pizza that was completely screwed up. Was told sorry and basically there was nothing they could do about it. Hoping to get my money back in 3 to 5 days unfortunately, and now I have to re-order a pizza from someplace that we feel might actually be competent enough to take directions.

Called the local number and it was answered by someone who was maybe in India and didn’t speak clear English. Walked in to pick up the order and all 4 employees in the store were staring at their phones. Paid $20 for a med works pizza, that wasn’t hot. I don’t plan to order from here again. Call Portabello’s and support a mom and pop place with hard working people

There was no food to rate. It was a horrible experience. Placed order online. Large high school graduation party for stepson, family and friends. An hour 15 min before scheduled delivery i had no notification but they had charged my bank account. Called the store and Christian, store manager??, told me he had no order but would make the pizza. The catch, I would have to pay for it again. I called customer service to file a complaint. Was funny how the agent told me they actually had my order at the store and the agent filed the complaint.
I ended up having to drive to Domino's(where I will order from now on), and they helped save the party.
I was told I was unprofessional and Brandon goes on to claim, it's not his fault. Seemed to think he was not the company representative.
Be cautious with this store. I've had issues before and over looked small mistakes. Trying to double the cost is a bit much. I will never order from them again and will not do any business with any Papa John's in the future. I will be pursuing other remedies if my full charge for pizza is not immediately.
