And last night, while waiting, I checked the status only to find that my order had been delivered. I checked and sure enough, there it sat in a chair on my porch. No idea how long it sat there in the 35° night. I called and talked to the manager (because seriously we're 3 for 3 on deliveries) and was pretty much blown off. What do I want THEM to do about it? Well, here's a suggestion: that driver sure is counting on a tip so maybe DO BETTER!.
