  I am extremely disappointed with my visit today. I ordered a large fries, but the box was barely half full - ridiculous!. The biggest letdown: I specifically bought the K-Pop Demon Hunters box for the collectible cards for my kid, and they weren't even in there. The whole reason for getting that meal was a total waste. And last but not least, my sweet tea wasn't sweet at all; it was just plain tea. This is not how we make tea in the south!! This was a complete lack of attention. Never have experienced such low quality McDonald's location like this one.

  What has happened to McDonald's as of late? It doesn't matter if we're the only person in drive through or it's packed. As soon as you pay they ask if you can pull forward and someone will bring it out to you. Ever since they began doing this "pull up" thing our order is always messed up. Get it together McDonalds. Or they just give us the wrong order all together.

  This place is great depending on the time of day you go. The last few times I’ve been there mid afternoon (well after lunch rush and not many customers in drive-thru) it just didn’t seem like they had their stuff together at any of the windows. They act confused or lazy or whatever. Good seems to be delayed the last 2 times no matter what I ordered with time and they have a hard time with change. I think the phasing out the penny is throwing people off. Either way, the food is usually good enough for fast food and I still prefer it to the service of the new Burger King.

  My family and I stopped by on our trip home to Columbia TN. We went through the drive thru and were told up that they would bring my food to me. I sat there for 10 or so minutes, and still no food. I sent my husband in to ask about our food. 10 minutes later and he is still waiting for someone to communicate what exactly is going on. I went inside and a young lady asks me for my receipt (which I provide). She walks away and we stand there another 15 minutes. At this point, others are congregating at the same time with the same problem as us. I asked for a manager, and about 5-7 mins later, the same person who asked me to pull up asks me what the problem is. I explain. She asks me for my receipt. I explained to her that another young lady has it. She asked me what I ordered and came back with my order but was very rude. I didn’t create the problem, they did. I will never, ever stop by that location again. The locals that were there said it was always like this.
