Every good food item tacohell comes up with ends up unavailable and this has been the norm for 40 years... so if you need a rating on tacobell then you must be new to this country because everyone now knows hao bad tacohell blows!!!

They messed up ONE burrito of the $60 worth of food we ordered and she stood at the drive thru window arguing she made it, after we opened all our food in front of her. We understand mistakes happen but this was absolutely wild and completely unprofessional! She finally realized her mistake and replaced it but my husband was afraid to eat it due to her crazy attitude that she may have done something to it. Absolutely unacceptable! Please choose a different location during your travels!
