She got mad at one worker And got onto him very harshly In the lobby over The fact that he did not offer McRibs to the customers he serves. So that was not cool, But she was also walking around telling everyone to do stuff “ Get on the fries” “ Stop standing around do xyz” Well, she was fully capable of stepping up and doing it. And then on top of that She openly and loudly said That she should fire half of the employees, who were working there best to please her. And it’s not like it was running fluently, it took 10 minutes for me to get a mcchicken. She stopped multiple people while they were doing something to criticize them. I would just never want to work there, and I probably won’t be going back to order food, Because it was honestly horrible listening Too her degrade her employees Well, I’m waiting for my McChicken. She was an older lady, I think she had a blue phone case, she was wearing black pants. Older lady. Definitely does not need to be a manager, she clearly thinks way too highly of herself to help anyone, just talk down on them while they are working.

Even if you place a pick up order through the app they wil have you wait for over 10 minutes when you get there! Then when you yell them the order is incorrect and they take the bag back to fix the issue it comes back wrong again!!!! The fries are NEVER hot, the food is always wrong and be ready to wait for anything you order including a small fries. It's not rocket science its fast food but it is always wrong no matter what!!!!!
