  I went in the bathroom and there’s dried brown splatters right above the toilet. Like spanning at least a foot by foot space on the wall. Then, as I’m sitting at the table, the chick with the reddish brown dreads ran to the bathroom while telling her buddy she was about to burst, so I know she actually used the bathroom. She was in there BARELY long enough to pee, then I heard the flush and she was out the door. So I KNOW she did not wash her hands. What made it even worse was that she was wearing long sleeves with thumb holes and her thumbs were in the holes going into the bathroom and in them coming out. It’s not like she was pulling the sleeves back down while walking out of the bathroom. So she peed, wiped with a hand covered in a sleeve without pushing the sleeve up, didn’t wash her hands in the bathroom, didn’t wash her hands behind the counter, then IMMEDIATELY made someone’s drink! How disgusting! It’s BASIC hygiene to wash your hands after using the bathroom, ESPECIALLY before handling food, ESPECIALLY ESPECIALLY before handling OTHER people’s food!!!! She seemed very nice to people which is great. But nasty hygiene is WORSE than a nasty attitude when handling people’s food.

  Y’all gave me the perfect start to the holiday spirit! I came in Monday evening around 5 PM to grab a coffee for my husband, and was greeted by a young lady and gentleman at the counter. I asked for a medium hot coffee with whatever holiday-flavored concoction they could dream up, and they crafted it fresh right there. It was the most delicious drink I’ve ever had. The smell alone was incredible, and the taste brought me straight back to my mom’s Christmas cookies from childhood. Absolute perfection! Their service was fantastic, and they were both so kind and upbeat that I ended up getting a coffee for myself too. I’ll definitely be coming back! A+++++ service!

  I’m confused. I was told tonight, 11/18/25, my church group could not stay in the lobby as of 6:57PM though the hours are until 10PM EST. I am not sure if this is religious discrimination or what. I would love corporate or someone to investigate. Thank you and God bless you!

  I normally don’t write a review or a bad one at that, but i have had several bad experiences at this Dunkin. Don’t advertise food all day if you don’t serve it all day long or past certain hours when people drive quite a distance just to be told your order is canceled because they aren’t doing food. And also have ordered 3 matcha drinks that are not supposed to have any coffee in them and all three of them had had coffee in them. Just poor service.

  Staff are always welcoming. They have great food and drinks as well. I love getting the refreshers, and they are great for after a long day or in the mornings as something to kind of wake you up, without all of the caffeine. Overall, the place is really clean, with great costumer service, and great food
