The browned lettuce that was displayed had tomato seeds on the inside of the container was unsanitary and showed visible cross contamination. Even after I pointed out the disgusting food matter on the lettuce pan it stayed on the line. The worker did give me fresh lettuce, and an eyeroll. For ten dollars, I think I am entitled to fresh produce.It's difficult to find fresh produce at this location. The spinach was expired. The red onions looked bad.The only item that looked fresh was the guacamole. This was at noon on a Friday. Subway; eat fresh is the motto, right?
