My husband went here and got me some food. Got the quarter pounder with cheese and fries and frappe. I ate half my burger, then onto the fries and there were dead bugs all on the fries and bottom of the container. My frappe had a dead fly inside of that so didn’t get to enjoy none of it without fear of bugs. I counted at least 2 dead flies in the drink and at least 5 in my fries. Tried calling them but they kept hanging up on me.

went here around 12-1 pm for lunch and the burgers were bright pink inside and they continually told me that’s how it’s supposed to be. i work in the food industry and know what it’s supposed to look like if it’s pink. the lady at the counter was god awful rude and had the most disgusting attitude off rip with me. the other workers were kind and tried to help as best as possible but the rest of the food was gray and slimy and just tasted like it was rubbed on the floor

I don't really review that much, but this McDonalds was awesome. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh, and correct, which it's pretty rare to get all three of those at a McDonalds. We got some ice cream with extra hot fudge, and boy did they deliver. I've never had that much hot fudge on a McDonald's ice cream and it was awesome. This was a great experience for me and my family. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely be stopping by again.

I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience at McDonald’s - 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy.
Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately alarmed by the absence of a red carpet arrival corridor. No doorman. No string quartet. Not even a modest fountain feature to set the tone for what I can only assume was meant to be an elite culinary engagement.
I approached what I believed to be the concierge desk, only to be told — quite abruptly — to “use the kiosk.” A kiosk. I did not prepare formal eveningwear to negotiate with a touchscreen.
I proceeded to order the “Quarter Pounder,” which, based on the title alone, suggested a heritage cut of ethically massaged, free‑range cattle prepared to Michelin standards. Instead, I received a sandwich wrapped in paper. Paper. I had anticipated a silver cloche reveal, perhaps accompanied by a brief narrative from the chef about the cow’s childhood dreams.
The beverage service was equally distressing. My Sprite arrived without garnish. No twist of lime. No artisanal ice sphere. No sommelier to discuss carbonation notes or syrup provenance. I was left to pair it blindly with my entrée like some unsupervised peasant.
The fries, while audibly crisp, were served in what appeared to be a folded cardboard chalice rather than a hand‑thrown ceramic vessel. I searched in vain for truffle shavings, Himalayan pink salt finishing, or at the very least, a fries steward to explain the potato’s regional terroir.
Most concerning, however, was the complete absence of a tasting progression. There were no intermezzo palate cleansers between bites. No chef’s table invitation. No embroidered napkins. At one point, I was forced to retrieve my own napkins from a dispenser — a task I am certain violates several international hospitality accords.
I must insist on immediate corrective measures, including but not limited to:
• Installation of valet parking and a champagne greeting station
• Implementation of a 9–12 course degustation format for all combo meals
• Appointment of a dedicated fry sommelier
• Replacement of paper packaging with fine bone china
• Mandatory dress code enforcement (black tie minimum)
• Live harpist during peak dining hours
Failure to address these deficiencies may leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to the highest authorities of casual dining critique, including a strongly worded follow‑up review and possibly a dramatic sigh posted online.
In conclusion, while the meal was edible and alarmingly fast, the lack of opulence has left me shaken. Until these grievous oversights are remedied, I can award no more than one star. ⭐
I await your prompt transformation into the five‑star buffet palace I so clearly deserved.
