  Terrible staff with hostile employees, managers who do not hold their employees accountable. Have yet to have a happy experience with this place in several years of visiting. The food isn’t bad at all but the general attitude of the people working here on certain shifts is upsetting to say the least.

  It used to be around 50% of the time, the food and drinks were delicious. For the past half year it seems, the soda from the drive through is just carbonated sour water. I've tried getting Diet Coke over 10 times in a row and every single time it's just carbonated water with a sour aftertaste. It's disheartening. The diet coke looks good too, never judge a book by its cover they say. Also, part of it was my fault, I kept coming back hoping the diet coke was fixed, and everytime it felt like the first time. A sense of betrayal. When was the last time they changed the syrup for the Diet Coke? If it's been this way for like the past year what are we drinking? What's the sour aftertaste? The poor soda machine is drawing blanks. Also sometimes the burger is fresh and hot, and some other times the bun tastes cold and no bueno. My heart cries out for the restoration of this beloved place.

  I don’t know what has happened in the past year or two but they won’t be getting another penny from me for quite a while. A few weeks ago I stopped to get a drink. A large Diet Coke. At first glance it looked good. I popped the straw in and boom. Nasty soda water. I call and tell the manager. 🤷🏻‍♀️ she didn’t care. I get on fb and, come to find out, this is an ongoing issue many people have complained about on the greeneville food page because someone left a review saying the same thing happened to them. Today I got a Dave’s burger. One tiny sliver of an onion halfway on the back side of the burger. 2 pickles STACKED on top of each other on the edge of the burger and very, dry, old patties that have obviously been sitting out for a while. I just cannot keep throwing money away at this place. The Asheville highway one isn’t any better though. I used to drive to this one instead of them but I guess I’ll drive to Jonesborough from now on. Do better guys. People work too hard for their money to be getting stuff like this.

  I’d like the first start with the fries were cold when received. I in turn asked If I might have fresh fries hot. The older Bald Black Gentleman whose name was Troy, Let me know that he had some fresh fries on the way up! He then served me out in a dining area with a smile and was such a pleasure to talk to. We need more Troy’s in this world❤️. Thank you Troy from the GreenEville Wendy’s! And Happy Late Birthday Sir. Thank you for your service!!!
