- GNGarrett NunnOct 16, 20231.0It may be that the app and restaurant aren’t in synch, but when orders are placed the app can’t tell if the store is missing ingredients and forwards the progress of your order regardless of what’s actually happening in the kitchen. I waited for 20 minutes for the app to say my order was ready, only to arrive and find that they didn’t have meatballs at the store and had to wait for them to refund the order. Also, this location does not honor all of the deals on the app. If you can go to a different spot, I would recommend that.
