  45 minutes waiting was given the wrong order. Was told they remake it my order. But was given cold food because they found order that was made over 30 minutes ago and thing were missing on top of everything. Said they remake it but after finding old food and trying to give it out I didnt trust they wouldnt just put it in microwave the old food and because I don't want food poisoning. asked for a refund. I understand being shorthanded and it taking longer but missing food and being told they remake it to be given cold old food because they found the order is not cool.

  Stopped at 11:45 for just a hot dog and drink Waited for over 20 minutes for someone to take my order gave up and left.this was at Greenville TN. Terrible service.

  Food was cold and nasty!!!!! Won’t eat here again! Chicken sandwich was more like a nugget on a bun! Tots were cold and onion rings were cold so were chicken nuggets if you would call them that. I can’t believe this place is still in business!!!!

  My fiance just spent an hour there and didn't get all her food. Went back around and waited 20 minutes after waiting 30 minutes for the window and ordering. Then went around back to a button cause they forgot a 10 dollar sandwich and waited another 20 minutes. Never got her sandwich. Handed her a busted cup after she just cleaned her car. Luckily the cup holder caught all the drink. Won't be returning. Thanks!

  DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Worst service ever. We placed an order and the order was meant to be ready but according to them they were backed up. Okay, I get being backed up but the crew member was rude and people who pulled in after us were getting their food ahead of time. In addition, this place has a habit of not wiping cups down, not putting lids on the cups properly - so they spill on you. And calling for a refund? Thats a joke. The manager says the money will be refunded in 24 to 48 hours but customer service says 7 to 10 days.
