Sometimes the food is fresh and the order is correct, but other times food is stale, items are missing, and instructions are ignored. It’s especially frustrating to be charged extra for things such as extra brownie batter or dipping sauces and not receive them. Better consistency and attention to orders are needed. I would like to say this has happened only one time, but it is a common occurrence.
