    I had ordered a pickup order, had 4 sauces total listed for my items and only received one. Half the food was over cooked and wasn’t fresh at all. They need people who actually care about the job.

    I have been told this sonic three times and I have had quality service only once. The other two times I was told to "wait, please", after five minutes I asked if our order was going to be taken and I was told "I'm sorry for the wait, but it will be a few minutes more of a wait" when I asked to speak to the manager about the wait time just to take the order I was told "we're really overwhelmed and understaffed with new people" no attempt or offer to keep me as a customer. I apologized for taking up their time and said I would go elsewhere. They said "ok, goodbye " I will no longer frequent this sonic in the future
