The other two times I was told to "wait, please", after five minutes I asked if our order was going to be taken and I was told "I'm sorry for the wait, but it will be a few minutes more of a wait" when I asked to speak to the manager about the wait time just to take the order I was told "we're really overwhelmed and understaffed with new people" no attempt or offer to keep me as a customer. I apologized for taking up their time and said I would go elsewhere. They said "ok, goodbye " I will no longer frequent this sonic in the future
