I asked for my money back and a kid told me they don’t give refunds without a general manager on site, I asked to see his manager and promptly got a refund. He just didn’t want to tell his manager what he did. Don’t eat here.

The service is always extremely slow and the wait times are long. I usually do not mind this when the food is good but today the food was not acceptable. I am not a picky eater but I had to send my food back it looked and tasted inedible. Hopefully this location will improve because I enjoy Bojangles
