I placed my order at 6:45 and it’s now 7:20—I’m still sitting here waiting for my food. There were only a handful of cars ahead of me, so this kind of delay for a small order is frustrating. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such a long wait here. At this point, I expect I’ll be waiting even longer. It’s disappointing because this place used to be much more efficient. It is poorly managed and far below the standard it once had.

Tried ordering at the walk-up menu - no one to answer because 3 employees were outside appearing to be in an argument. Finally stopped the carhop and asked if the equipment was working because no one was answering - she eventually took my order, 2 classic shakes - one chocolate, one strawberry. Easy enough right? Not so much as the carhop brought my shakes and said ‘we’re out of whipped cream’. I said ‘so we paid full price right?’ Her reply was yessir. There are 2 grocery stores within a quarter mile of the location that have plenty of whipped cream. The shakes were a joke. Basically, I got 2 vanilla shakes with only the top inch having the flavoring. No wonder the parking lot is empty and this location has a well-deserved reputation for poor service & food quality. I will drive to Goodlettsville or Springfield in the future. I tried the ‘How did we do?’ Website & spent 20 minutes in a chat that ended with ‘we can’t give you a refund, but you can contact the store manager’.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Sonic. The food was cold, my order was wrong, and it took way too long to get it. Definitely not worth the wait or the money. worst fast food experiences I’ve had. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested I have given them so many tries, never coming back again

We visited this location at around noon today. Most of the screens are broken and NOT labeled as such, so, on a bright sunny day like today, we had to drive around and pull at multiple screens to see from close if they worked or not. I ordered a Limeade (with “easy on ice” request), a Sonic blast and two hot dogs. Tipped $2 NOT deserved. Wait time 30+min. Food arrived: hot dogs stiff and cold. No napkins. The Limeade was absolutely terrible, full filled up with ice, totally tasteless, no slice of lime and no cherry. No straw. No spoon for my Sonic blast, I had to serve it with the fork. We threw away the Limeade, and went to the Sonic on Gallatin Pike in Madison - in less than two minutes, without mentioning to anyone our earlier experience at the other Sonic, we were served with a Limeade done the right way that was enjoyed to the last drop. We will never use the Greenbrier location again. We had prior negative experiences there with potato tots. The oil was so overused, that the tots could be used in commercials for Tumms.

This location has to be the worst I have ever been to. The parking lot was not busy yet it took over 20 min to get my food. Several cars were pulling off and others were being waited on before me even though they pulled up AFTER me. Just wanting to take my son to get a quick bite to eat should not entail such a lack of regard of any type of urgency or decent customer service. Now I’m late to my nail appt 😒.
