  This location has to be the worst I have ever been to. The parking lot was not busy yet it took over 20 min to get my food. Several cars were pulling off and others were being waited on before me even though they pulled up AFTER me. Just wanting to take my son to get a quick bite to eat should not entail such a lack of regard of any type of urgency or decent customer service. Now I’m late to my nail appt 😒.

  Did a mobile order, waited 15 minutes after I arrived. Then I had to call in there and ask him where my order was still another 5 minutes passed before they brought it to me so not worth the trip

  Unless you have an hour to spend waiting on two drinks and some fries, go to the Springfield or Goodlettsville location. Even just getting a drink will take you 20 min, and you can’t get a refund when you order on the app so you’re stuck. Either hire more people or just shut down.

  We come here often seeing that we live in greenbrier. The time it takes to get a couple drink has become insane. Today we waited more than 30 minutes to get our order and the drinks were wrong. I really hate to say it but we will be taking our sonic orders to another one from now on.
