- HGHarley GunterNov 17, 20251.0Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to ordered DoorDash. They didn’t send all of the food so I called probably 15 times in a row to get someone to answer. The manager answers tells me to contact DoorDash. I told her I was having trouble contacting DoorDash that I just needed the one thing they forgot to give me with my salad, which was the chili for the taco salad. She proceeds to tell me to come get it. I told her my boyfriend was on his way to get it and that if she wanted me to contact DoorDash, I would then she tells me oh no you can’t have both. I said OK that’s fine and he goes in to get the chili. She wants to charge him for it even though I’ve already paid for it. She would not listen to me when I was talking kept interrupting me so needless to say poor management And crappy service all they had to do was replace the chili, but I went to DoorDash instead and got a full refund. Luckily DoorDash customer service is way better.

I ordered $40 worth of food, door dasher kept apologizing to ME bc the workers were taking so long. I got my side chili, I got my fries, and the cinnamon bread….but HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE TWO BURGERS…THE TWO MAIN PARTS OF THE MEAL?! I can tell you, laziness, incompetence, and just pure disease. Do better, care about your customers, and get some better workers. Beyond ridiculous.

Ordered the asiago ranch chicken club, some baconator fries, and a Frosty. The fries were really old but the cheese was hot so I wasn't bothered too much. The sandwich was a whole different story. Not only was it not fully cooked (I wish I took a picture, it was pretty evident), but the breading was nearly sliding off. Toppings themselves were not there, only two bites I took (which were sizable) was bun and undercooked chicken. I won't go as far as to say I'll never come here again, as the service was fine other than about a 15m wait time to order, but that sandwich quality was unacceptable. Friend had cold fries as well upon receiving them.

- GMGrace MillerSep 14, 20251.0i went here with my family today after church and the girl taking our order was unnecessarily rude and obviously had some mental problems. told what i assume was her manager to "get away back up dont get so close", freaking out after she got my order wrong. it was a simple mistake; ive worked food service before and understand a misinterpretation here and there. i wasn't mad. but she gave bad attitude and slung food at my father when he ordered extra fries for my mom. unexcusable and unacceptable behavior.
