(It ended up being an hour late) They put me on hold and after a couple minutes it hung up on me. When I called back and said I was the same person and I got hung up on, he denied it, and when I said I was actually hung up on he laughed and hung up again. At no point did I yell and until I got hung up on the 2nd time on purpose I wasn't even upset. Busy or not that's a crazy way to treat a calm customer, I'll just go to Dominos down the street from now on.
