  Stopped on our way to the Smokies to grab a quick lunch and take advantage of the free fries and frosty deal. My son and daughter in law ordered first, got the deal then before I ordered the cashier walked away (with several customers waiting) and pointed to her coworker and said she'll help you. She looked at me and said hang on, I'm busy. Several minutes later, she finally waited in me and when I asked for the free fries and frosty deal, she argued that they weren't running that deal or if they were, she had no knowledge of it. Fine, just ordered my husband his burger and waited. His name was called but my son's never was, turns out they gave his to someone else.

  When someone says thank you, that is the part when you say "you're welcome." And stop serving stale bread..pay attention to what you're doing and make sure food is fresh please. It cost nothing to be kind.

  We order at a kiosk to make things easier on everyone.. and apparently y'all can't read let alone do your job right. This is the 4th time FOURTHH, trying to get extra sour cream and butter for my potato.. 4 times I've paid extra for nothing.. y'all fr need to learn how to do your jobs right and read because at some point it is my fault for not looking in my bag and expecting you to know how to bag a friggin order!!
