  2nd time i add a little sour cream and got about 7 skirts. I worked there so I know. When I called they told me to just eat it. Don’t think I would ever say this but Carthage Taco Bell is only a few miles away. Very disappointed

  I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell on the night of March 11th close to closing time. I was there with my aunt while she was ordering, and the employee helping us was very rude to her for no reason. After my aunt placed her order, the worker responded with “uh-uh” and repeatedly blew air at her in a disrespectful way. It made the whole situation uncomfortable and honestly pretty upsetting. Everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. I’m leaving this review because I don’t want other customers to have the same experience. I hope management looks into this and reminds employees to treat people kindly.

  They need to update their hours on here because according to the website they close at 11:00 pm but will have doors locked with all the lights on and staff in there refusing to take orders through the drive thru anytime after 9:30pm. I understand closing maybe 30 minutes early and all but that early and not even putting a sign to let customers know having multiple cars in drive thru and parked in the parking clueless as to why they can’t be served.
