    I’m a loyal KFC customer and I eat at this restaurant quite often, but my last experience was very disappointing. I arrived around 8:30 PM, and the dining area was closed, with only the drive-thru open. I explained to the young lady at the window, who introduced herself as the manager named Kase, that I was driving a large truck and couldn’t physically go through the drive-thru, but I still wanted to place an order. Unfortunately, she refused to serve me, saying that it didn’t matter and that I couldn’t be served without a car. What bothered me the most was her attitude — she smiled in a sarcastic way, as if she was amused by the situation, instead of trying to find a solution or show some understanding. I believe that a big chain like KFC should show more respect toward its customers, especially those who work on the road and can’t use the drive-thru for obvious reasons. I hope management takes this situation seriously so that other customers won’t have to go through the same experience.

    I want to give a special Thank You to Conrad who made our lunch experience today exceptional! He was polite, professional & down right funny. His interaction with guests should be mirrored by other employees. Service was fast and our lunch was delicious. A shout out to the cooks as well!
