- JBJesse BirdwellMar 23, 20261.0Do not be fooled! This is not a Dunkn! It’s coffee in a plastic bag dispenser on the truckstop counter. Do yourself a favor if you’re headed east and drive another 20 minutes to Cookeville, where there is actually a Dunkin location.
- AAAamirMar 8, 20261.0Your touch screen idea in the lobby is horrible because employees aren’t allowed to use the register. It took us over 8 minutes to make an order, employee was helping us and even she couldn’t figure out a couple of things. The whole concept is dumb and complicated if it wasn’t you would have these touch screens at drive thrus too, you don’t have them because you know it’s dumb. Should be in and out and not spend 15 minutes of my morning order your stuff. Customers should have the option to order at the register. If the employee has to help it kind of defeats the whole purpose of your touch screen. And yes I own a bunch of franchise restaurants too. Dumb idea. Thanks for wasting my time.

Self check out was quick and a staff member made sure I didn't need help. Was a very pleasant experience while traveling through the area very early in the Am.
