- LLLeahDec 5, 20251.0I visited this Subway location and felt uncomfortable with the customer service. One of the employees kept asking me personal questions, even after I politely answered once and mentioned it was a personal choice. Even though I had already given a clear response, he repeated the same question in a way that felt intrusive and unprofessional. I also noticed, similar to other reviews, that staff can sometimes be distracted with phone calls or conversations with coworkers instead of giving customers proper attention. As a paying customer, I expect a simple and respectful interaction without being pushed to explain my personal life. I hope management can address this so other customers can have a more comfortable experience in the future.
