If your order is missing something or wrong, its a HUGE inconvenience to them to fix it and they definitely let you know it. Honestly, if it wasn't for the cheap drinks and route 44 tea, I'd go somewhere else. The employee's attitudes suck here, its a 50/50 your orders right, and they don't want to work and its obvious.

I read shake on the screen. I pushed the button and said did you hear I said Sundae? They said yes it's the same thing. After waiting for a while I pushed it again checking on my order saying the word Sundae again. They said yes ma'am your Sundae is coming. What comes out to my vehicle a milkshake! Lol Apparently it's disguised as a hot fudge Sundae.
