After that we flew through the line which was a little bit of an upswing. The ticket time and the time my card was charged for the order was 20 minutes later. And when I got the bag and drove away I realized my order was wrong.

Boy was I wrong. I found myself surprised that it took 16 min to receive it, and the shake was the wrong size. It took another 4 min to get the correct one. I had no idea it took that long to pour a shake from the shake machine, or make those other items. So much for fast food. I'd much rather put up positive reviews

When they give us the bag we take off and as soon as we get home we realize that the chicken sandwich was not in the bag. We went back and spoke to the lady in the window and asked us to move forward and the manager Rosa was super rude making comments like if we were trusting to scam them with a burger arguing that she put everything in the bag. Her comments were unnecessary and very rude accusing us of “stealing” a chicken sandwich.Never again will I go there.

If I then reordered my food through DoorDash, and paid again, what gives you the right to tell my new Dasher that you’re not gonna remake the order? I bet if the workers were able to read English this wouldn’t be a problem. Are these are the same employees that demand $20/hour?
