As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Pulled up to the box and stated I had an online order then it said please pull forward I was then told by the rude person at the window that online orders have to come inside. So not only did you waste your time but mine. Next time I will just take up more of your time while I sit there and order at the box and wait for you to make it. I had no idea you had to go inside. Maybe this should be stated when online ordering.

I go the double burger plain with cheese and she added cheese sauce it was the best burger I've ate hands down from any where. This is a hole in the wall must try place.
