When we talked to the employee at the window about it he excused it as that person was an employee. To top it off my espresso was burnt. Won’t be back to this location.

The coffee was excellent, the service was friendly and welcoming, and the muffin I got was absolutely delicious. Everything felt fresh and made with care. She had already given the drink and continues sitting there talking for several minutes. The lane beside us had several cars go through. Then, when she finally started taking our order, she stopped and walked away in the middle of taking our order. Which caused her to forget our whole order, after repeating it several times. As we were waiting for our drink, she started helping the people behind us while our drink was just sitting there. Then she gave us a small straw so it just fell into our drink. I have never been so displeased by the rudeness this “barista” portrayed. If this was my first time coming here, I would probably never return.
