  I ordered the two for five burgers I wish to cash your head informed me that they was out of the small bonds they put that thin Patty for a burger on a potato was too big for the Patty I got mostly bread than anything

  Ordered a online pickup order for my sister & her family from 920 rivergate. She went to get it and the lady refused to let her have it. I sent her screenshot of payment and of the order and it clearly stated pick up. The worker REFUSED to let her have it. Told her doordash had to pick it up. I did not use doordash, I ordered pickup. Im now calling my bank to stop the payment. That lady was so rude. Never will I ever spend another nickle at any checkers

  The food isn't quite how I remember from 20 years ago, I think the ingredients are probably "cheaper". The people are very nice and on the ball. Everything was hot, made fresh, made right. They use an AI to take the orders, but I always hated that job when I did fast food (too much going on for one person). The people are still paying attention and friendly when you get to the window. Just wanted to shout them out for their good work which is less likely to be noticed in this kind of business especially with the AI. Definitely a good fastfood option if you're in the area.

  God bless the young lady who had to work all by herself , I hope she prosper past this post , nevertheless because of the lack of workers I'm assuming she wasnt able to deliver the experience I wanted. My fiance and I haven't even eaten there in years upon years so we tried it today and we wasted 24 dollars and why did you guys change the flavor of the strawberry shake? it's super red and taste fake now just like that rubber burger .I mean be for real the only thing that was fresh and hot was the apple pies we brought. I blame corporate for allowing this food nostalgia I had to be a bust. I want better service and my money back honestly we literally threw a whole bag of food and two shakes out in the trash at the gas station next door, 24 dollars yep . I need a refund it's simple .
