I spoke to the Germantown store manager and he said himself they are not good and they are baked from frozen. They were not able to accommodate us in anyways but feel bad about it. Really sucks!

This location is typically understaffed and out of a lot of ingredients. Depending on the day, your experience may be fine, but it’s highly variable.

The bagel was not wrapped and put in the bottom of the bag with napkins underneath that ended up stuck to the sticky bagel; the soufflé was thrown on top of the bagel; no fork to eat it with; the cream cheese was a low fat walnut, not plain. This is terrible service!
