Went through the drive thru and the lady was super rude. And I miss said my order since this was my first time at Dunkin’ I didn’t know the menu well so i guess i didn’t say the right type of coffee. After I went in to trade in or buy the coffee I was looking at. And she had attitude and was rude about a little mistake. They weren’t busy either. One car behind me and two men inside. She took my old iced coffee and made me pay 2.85 for the new one since it was more. Everything just was misunderstanding. Also I moved here only 3 months ago and I rarely meet anyone nice here

Very rarely do I visit a Dunkin’ Donuts location. This morning I decided to stop in a get me a couple of donuts and a muffin. Although The muffin and donut tasted great. I don’t like it when the person behind the counter makes me feel like I’m stupid or something I asked her a simple question as to if the debit reader takes tap, and her response was can’t you read the screen, which I found rude. There’s no need to be a smart ass when somebody’s asking you a simple question especially when they don’t ever come to your location..Guess I’ll be sticking to the Mom and Pops places where I usually get donuts.

I’ve been a frequent customer at this Dunkin’ location, visiting several times a week, and until recently, I’ve had consistently positive experiences with the staff. That’s why what happened during my last visit was not only disappointing—but deeply concerning.
When I placed my usual breakfast "Meal; Deal" order for the breakfast, I was abruptly told that the egg and cheese sandwich could “only” be served on a bagel. As a regular, I know this isn’t accurate—I’ve routinely been offered options like croissants, wraps, or bagels. When I politely pointed this out, the employee responded with a dismissive and condescending tone, repeating herself rather than engaging respectfully.
Trying to move past the interaction, I agreed to the bagel. However, after waiting several minutes to reach the window, the situation escalated. When I arrived, I was met with an openly hostile response and was told, without justification, that I would not be served at all.
What made this experience particularly troubling was not just the refusal of service, but the tone, behavior, and environment surrounding it, which felt targeted and discriminatory. No customer should feel dismissed, disrespected, or singled out when simply ordering food.
I later learned that the individual involved was reportedly the manager. That raises serious concerns about accountability and leadership at this location—especially when multiple recent reviews appear to reflect similar patterns of rude or unprofessional behavior.
I believe in recognizing good service, and I’ve previously gone out of my way to compliment the excellent teams I’ve encountered here. That’s why it’s equally important to speak up when something is clearly wrong.
Customer service should be rooted in respect, consistency, and professionalism—for everyone. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements.

My wife and I stopped for breakfast. We went through the drive through window. Ordering the food was the standard, impersonal at best experience. When we pulled to the window to finish things, that's when things really deteriorated. The young lady opened the window and didn't start by telling us the amount. YES, she already had on the speaker but that is the way a normal drive up window operates. Usually they smile, say good morning and repeat the amount. Then you hand the employee cash or a credit card. I feel the need to explain this because it's never been handled with me like this person did it. She didn't utter one word: instead she held the credit card reader out of the window. I managed to find the slot to stick the card in and the display said 'approved.' She took the machine back inside and closed the window. My wife said, "Well, she is sure Miss Congeniality of 2026, isn't she?" To say the least, I was already a bit irritated. She returned to the the window pretty quickly, handing me the bag of food and drinks. She didn't smile, didn't say ONE WORD - instead closed the window. Dunkin' ... what in the HELL is wrong with your owners/franchisee/management/staff? Why do you allow your employees to show such utter contempt for the very people that help keep them paid and in a job? Granted I'm in the South where people are usually cordial and polite, but I'm well traveled and don't remember anything like this at a restaurant- EVER. Anywhere. So, Dunkin' Donuts, if you think I'll ever patronize your establishment in Germantown again ... think again. I'll also pay very close attention to ANY Dunkin' I stop at anywhere else and look for signs of this. I am not a chronic poster of negative reviews, either. Honestly, I wish I was able to rate this place of indifference with a zero but it looks like I have to give it at least a 1.
