Some toppings like sour cream often forgotten. A kids quesadilla not even melted. The staff is nice and place is clean, but the food needs works!!!

The staff are fast, efficient and friendly! The restaurant itself is kept clean. By far the best Chipotle in this part of Tennessee! Thank you!

The food always meet our satisfaction. But tonight, this young lady working the front counter, preparing the food was rude to both my daughter and my wife. Rude enough for my wife to tell her to just cancel our order. We don't do rude. Not when we're spending our money. Customer Service is a must. The manager was standing right there. I don't know if he said anything after we left but we won't be visiting Chipotle anytime soon. Especially this particular Chipotle...
