  I ordered an online three cheeseburgers, a basket of fries, and I guess the order was too hard.And they canceled it after I had already gotten there and checked in

  Self serve kiosk wouldn’t work in the restaurant and nobody in the restaurant would even look at the counter terrible terrible terrible. This is a tourist town and you have crap for service. Went to another restaurant, cause I couldn’t get help.

  Cant believe the ice cream machine was actually working! In February! Hopefully it still works in the summer!

  They were unable to understand my order in the drive thru. My kid wants a happy meal with a hamburger with an extra patty. Two different people could not figure out how to do this. We do it all the time. There’s a button on the kiosk. We ordered inside which was also a disaster. A cash register froze. We ordered from the kiosk which is not their priority. Eat elsewhere.
