    Pizza never arrived. When I called to check on it, the manager initially said the driver would get back to pick up my pizza and deliver it in a few minutes, but then just canceled the order and lied to me, saying I told her to do it.

    Please please do not order from here. These people are very dodgy. We ordered uber for our family. After quite some time we get a message saying we can savea bunch by picking up and as it was taking ages we decided this was best option. We get to this place and they tell us the order was cancelled by us. I showed them the active order but they insisted it was cancelled by us. We left the restaurant and the uber driver messaged saying he was still foing to pick up the order. We explained to him what happened and he said the order was still active. He went to restaurant and they advised him it was cancelled. He told us he has had the same experience before and the restaurant simply cancel the order themselves and we get charged a cancellation fee so they still get money but dont have to make the order. Please save yourselves and your wallet the hassle and do not order from here

    We did a mobile app so we could get back to the cabin before weather hit. Walked in and ready to go in 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and appeared to enjoy helping people (seems rare anymore). Pizza was delicious, great location!

    I got carry out one night while staying in Gatlinburg. I did a mobile order and it was ready in about 15 minutes. I was able to walk right in and get the food. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a Philly cheesesteak calzone. Both items tasted great and were served hot. I also ordered some of the cinnamon pull apart bread. It was really good and sweet. I would definitely recommend this location.
