    I got carry out one night while staying in Gatlinburg. I did a mobile order and it was ready in about 15 minutes. I was able to walk right in and get the food. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a Philly cheesesteak calzone. Both items tasted great and were served hot. I also ordered some of the cinnamon pull apart bread. It was really good and sweet. I would definitely recommend this location.

    Ordered two nights in a row. Great food. Only issue was they obviously do not read the notes. I left in two different spots. Being said I would definitely eat there again.

    I was visiting Gatlinburg and was hungry and ordered 2 pizzas for my family.I brought them back home to the hotel room and bit into it.And the pizzas were undercooked.I called your store in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and asked what they could do.The only thing they said they could do was give me 2 more pizzas. I told them. I am leaving to head back to Florida early in the morning. And that was not going to work to get the pizza. Asked about maybe a refund or a gift card and was denied both of them. I spent $50 on yucky pizza. I shouldn't known after reading your reviews. Your pizzas are undercooked, not just mine by other as well A refund would of been great because I don't live by here. Big disappointment Papa Johns
