  My food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting on a counter for hours. My soggy fries went oh-so-great with a stale/hard chicken nugget. Absolutely horrible and I question if they’re holding food at safe temps, I’ll let the health inspector find out. Appeared to be a slow night but they forgot my sauce and drink. Very disappointing as I was 1 of 2 cars in line and used the app. I had to ask the employee to give me my drink after they passed my food and shut the drive thru window on me. Then I had to turn around and go back to McDonalds because they forgot the sauce for the order. Very frustrating experience.

  I have not had a better experience with a McDonald’s. If I’m leaving a good review know that something stood out to me. Order was correct workers were beyond nice. True hospitality and perfect example of great Customer service !! Thank you guys for redeeming my previous experiences with McDonald chains cause when I tell you I HATE going to McDonald’s it seems to be always something. Thank yall!

  My order was wrong Ordered me a coffee on the mobile app for my husband to pick up for me on his way home. I ordered a large iced Carmel coffee with 7 sugars and 3 creams with light ice. He goes inside to get it and the the doors are locked at 5pm so he goes to go thru the drive thru tells the guy I had a order to pick up inside but your front doors are locked the worker at the windows tells him if you were supposed to pick it up inside then you have to pick it up inside I cant see there screen my husbands says again I cant get inside your alls front doors are locked the worker said oh okay well one minute and takes the name and tells him to pull up to the window ny husbands gets the coffee and comes home I take a sip of it and there is no sugar in it and tasted like there was zero Carmel in it the coffee was so bitter so I tried to call up there for an hour and no one will answer the phone for me to talk to a manager. The only part that was actually right about my order was the light ice and the fact that I cant speak with anyone about there mistakes is why I am upset.
