From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, fast, and genuinely friendly. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do—they made us feel welcomed and taken care of right away. The food? Incredible. The shrimp was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right—juicy, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. Every dish came out hot and delicious, and you can tell everything is made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot for families, friends, or even a casual date night. Prices were fair for the portions, and we definitely left full and happy. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great shrimp, great service, and an overall great dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🦐✨

He was very professional, funny and just a real nice guy. It appeared the restaurant was short staffed and we were highly impressed with with the fast pace Lamar seemed to be handling every position in the restaurant. Lamar is a real asset to this restaurant and we hope to see him again. Thanks for the excellent service Lamar, Paul and Jodi

And the person in the main entrance seemed irritated that anyone was even going in. There were like 8 clients total at the restaurant, why did it still take 10 minutes to get us seated? The food was more breading than fish or shrimps. We had the stuffed shrimp and the fish and chips. Fish didn't taste like anything and ends were so burnt they were inedible. Waitress barely acknowledged us and rolled her eyes at my wife when she asked if we could remove the slaw from the fish and chips as she wasn't going to eat it. It doesn't take much to just not make the coleslaw for the dish or even just not add it... Saw another couple request a booth and got sat at a table... There was barely anyone in the restaurant there to begin with at the restaurant this day of Nov. 4 2025. Didn't bother going to the gift shop. And I'm a huge Forrest Gump fan. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Anyways when we ate here the server Jenn was outstanding. She should train people how to serve. She was polite and personable. She checked up on us and filled our drinks without even asking. She was honest on recommendations and most importantly she took our dishes at the end. We weren’t rushed. Our food was on time. Meaning our appetizers came out first we were able to enjoy it without our food coming out right away. She honestly made the end our day a perfect day. I was a server for years before getting into healthcare. Jenn is a great example how servers should be. Plus the food she recommended was extremely good. We ate all of it. I highly recommend this place to eat if you’re ever in Gatlinburg. We definitely will be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We had the calamari, fried shrimp and fish n chips. Sorry we ate the food too fast and didn’t take pictures. Next time.
- LALawanna AndrusNov 2, 20251.0Well what a big disappointment. We went here for our 52nd anniversary and both of us ordered the Shrimp. What a overpriced meal that was. It is obvious that those are from a box frozen shrimp. The slaw? We got a maybe 4 oz cup. A mouthful of slaw if that. Fries were cold. When the server asked me if I wanted a to go box for the meal I told her no. Not worth taking with me. She asked if there was a problem and I told her Yes. The entire meal was awful. Only thing that was even decent was the clam chowder and it was mostly cool at best. Later that night I had a bad case of the runs. Maybe from the clam chowder since I barely ate the shrimp. Over priced if you ask me and for around $68 that was a waste of good hard earned money. WILL NOT BE BACK. The server just acted like our concerns did not matter. So here's my review. Sad experience
