It was empty, and still 2 out of the 3 employees were just awful. Crazy how ten minutes can throw off your whole day. Do yourself a favor and go to another ice cream shop 🥰

My mom specifically informed the employee ahead of time that she needed a gluten-free cone, due to her having celiac disease. He assured her they had gluten free cones, but we later found out Baskin-Robbins does not carry any gluten-free cones. This isn’t just poor customer service, its dangerous for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. Lying about something like that can seriously affect someone’s health and is unacceptable.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
